You’ve made adjustments to your work habits and household chores to avoid flares and lead the best quality of life you can. But you see family members take on additional chores to make up for your limitations, which often leads to feelings of guilt.
Fibromyalgia is not your fault, so you can stop blaming yourself and start learning how to feel better about your life.
The Fibromyalgia Support Network is designed to be a site administered and contributed to by those who personally deal with the effects of fibromyalgia on a daily basis.
It is meant to be your resource for information about the daily struggles and triumphs, what has worked for some to effectively deal with the disorder, and what hasn't been successful.
It is also designed as a general sounding board to allow you to share your experiences with others who understand what you are going through. We encourage you to share from your heart, allowing yourself to be a support for others and allowing others to be a support for you.
It always helps to know you're not alone.
